Appears in chapel relief, west wall (between false doors, lower section, right: bottom register, first figure, holding haunch of beef), identified by (faded) ink inscription above figure as [Hm-kA (?) nfrHrnptH nDs] ka-priest Neferherenptah-nedjes; in situ in G 4311. Also possibly depicted on chapel entrance north door jamb; in situ in G 4311.
