G 2239 A: In shaft. Lined above with masonry and rock cut below, south of B. Total depth 3.85 meters, sand, limestone debris, rubble and red debris. Chamber on south cut in rock, blocked with rubble and bound with mud, left for photo.
G 2239 B: In shaft. Lined above with masonry and rock cut below. It is north of A, south of C and east of E. Total depth 1.9 meters, limestone debris, rubble and red debris. Chamber on east blocked with rubble and bound with traces of mud, left for photo.
G 2239 C: In shaft. Lined with rubble to the rock. North of B, south of D and east of F. Total depth 1.1 meter, sand, limestone debris and rubble. Ends at rock. No chamber. Type 7X.
G 2239 D: In shaft. Lined with rubble and ends at rock. It is north of C and east of J. Total depth 90 cm, limestone debris, rubble and red debris and sand. Chamber on west blocked with rubble and bound with mud, left for photo.
G 2239 E: In shaft and chamber. Lined with rubble, but only on south and east is cut in rock below the rubble. South of F, west of B and east of H. Total depth 1.3 meters, sand, limestone debris, rubble and red debris. Chamber on west built with rubble, but only on north with crude brick and roofed with slabs. No blocking. Cleared. Drawing.

G 2239 F: In shaft. Lined above with rubble and cut in bad rock below. West of C, East of I, and north of E. Total depth 1.4 meters, limestone debris, rubble and red debris. Chamber on east blocked with one slab and rubble and bound with mud, left for photo.
G 2239 G: In shaft and chamber. Lined with rubble, but only on north with crude brick to the rock, south of H. Total depth 2.5 meters, limestone debris, dirty debris, red debris and pebble. Chamber on north built of crude brick and was roofed with slabs (because we found one slab in place on south). No blocking. Cleared. Drawing on page 804.
