G 2438 Z: In shaft and chamber. Ends at rock. Lined with masonry. It is north of the mastaba to the east. East of U. total depth 2.17 meters. Sand, limestone debris and rubble. Chamber on east. Built of masonry and roofed with slabs. No blocking. Skeleton, mask, head to north facing to east. Left for photo.
G 2438 U: In shaft and chamber. Ends at rock. Lined with masonry. Only on east below the masonry is crude brick. It is north of the mastaba to the west. West of Z. total depth 2.55 meters. Sand, limestone debris, and rubble. Chamber on east. Built of masonry and roofed with slabs. No blocking. In the roof of the chamber on north is an inscribed stone in sunk relief. Left for photo.
