At the beginning of pit G 4721 A, in sand debris another section of the red granite statuette [14-2-15] was found, i.e. from top of legs to ankles. The two figures are apparently two seated boys (see photo No. C5635, C5636, and C5637). [ILLUSTRATION] (scale about 1:10). The skeleton was strewn around the chamber, and running north and south was a rock-cut sarcophagus built up in masonry, plastered, and its huge cover lay on edge half in the sarcophagus.

Work continued on south room of G 4631 and continued towards west on sand debris, exposing the top of another small mastaba south of G 4630.
