Work continued as yesterday and one gang spent p.m. clearing pit in small mastaba G 4341 A of sand.

pit G 4341 A reaching a depth of about 15 meters. Top of chamber opening toward south and many pot fragments and one alabaster model:

Work on debris and sand all day between G 4330 and G 4340 and also between G 4340 and G 4240.

And pit G 4341 being continued to chamber, where a chamber opened to the south exposed a skeleton strewn along the south side.
Wednesday, January 28, 1914
Cleared sand and debris from south end of street between G 4240 and G 4340 exposing a few mud walls and a small white limestone room in a small mastaba. Niche found in room. No stela found in back of this room on main mastaba G 4240. A few men dug to find serdab in G 4240 which belonged to this little mastaba.
