Railroad line III has been carried northwards by a turntable into the street between G 4610 and G 4710. [ILLUSTRATION] Serdab G 4611 was filled in again to take the line. We are removing top layer of sand by shoveling.

Went down about 4 meters in pit G 4920 A. Reddish sandy gravel. Reached this pit by extending line V east to north end of G 4919, pit in turn-table and run south to G 4920 A. Filled low places with dry rubble embankments.

With line III continued removing top layer of sand (about 1.5 meters) nearly to edge of excavations 1913-14. Street east of G 4611.

Continued work of clearing complex G 4810. Another serdab on the south between sand S.
