G 7111 D and G 7111 E were not worked on today.

Four new pits G 7112 A, B, C, D have appeared to north of G 7112 and to northeast of G 7110 and are being cleared. Their positions are shown in sketch in No. 1 above.

(15) G 7102
G 7102 C: The pit of G 7102 C is still being cleared.

(16) G 7101
G 7101 Z: This is a new grave which was found today. It's lower part consists of a small trench cut in the gebel (which breaks through into the eastern passage of G 7101 at the northeast end), and its upper part of four walls of stone blocks roofed over with five slabs. The rock-slot extends beyond the east wall of this grave, and is not cleared beyond that wall. No objects found.
