This depression was excavated both for G 5130 and for G 5230, and filled in again to make a level floor slanting north. Schiaparelli excavated this depression in part apparently in following face of G 5130 looking for the chamber. His excavation which was filled with drift sand didn't extend to rock. The floor of the west niche of G 5130 is one course lower than the floor of the south niche, so that the floor of the street must have sloped north. Around the south niche are the remains of an
