Work continued toward east in street between G 4530 and G 4520 finding a seated pair [14-3-4, seated family group statue of Khufuankh, Djefatka, Menkaure-ankh] (nummulitic limestone) in sand debris about 2 meters above solid rock between G 4520 and G 4530. The man's head is missing, a boy stands between their forelegs, and a few faint inscriptions still remain conveying the cartouche of Khufu.

Sand debris south and west of G 4620 being removed about half its depth.

Work continued on debris south of G 4620 exposing a small mastaba [G 4616] against the south face of G 4620 with two pits. One finished at a depth of about 3 meters and the other going to a depth of about 3 meters in hard debris.

Went to Cairo and arranged to have Assuan pottery boxes moved from Museum to Congdon's storeroom.

Half of sand between G 4420 and G 4520 finished and new rails laid between G 4520 and G 4620. Removing sand. Street south of G 4620 finished with exception of small mastaba pit. Work continued on sand southwest of G 4620.

Work continued south, southwest, west-northwest, and north of G 4620 removing sand debris. Right toes of woman, and back part of head of man belonging to statuette found March 19 found in sand debris northwest of G 4620. Headless pair statuette [14-3-16, standing pair statue of Kap and Hy] in nummulitic limestone (height 35.6) inscriptions on the back, found 58 cm north of northwest corner of G 4620, in sand debris above 30 cm above solid rock.
