Towards the south this series encroaches on area 1071(23)-(50). On north and east, decayed potsherds of type 1201 and 1207. On southwest, fragments of big thick red ware bowls and pans.

Removed fragments (3)-(5) exposing Nos. 1092 - 1096 bowls and models in a nest broken in place. Load of 1090 - sand, charcoal, wood, etc.

Nos. 1092 - 1096:
Nos. 1092, 1093 are model red ware basins.
No. 1094 is a perfect alabaster bowl.
Nos. 1095 and 1096 are large red ware bowls broken in place.
Over them runs a layer of east-west wood. Apparently much of the pottery was lowered in boxes (as brought from Dahshur?) and placed with the boxes on the pile.

No. 1073: resumed. See B6063.
(49)-(69) mostly fragments partly decayed of large jars of type 1201 and 1207. Red brown ware. Also a mass of pottery decay.
Over all jumbled fragments of decayed wood, etc.

No. 1068: resumed. See B6063.
(115)-(121) fragments mostly decayed of large jars of types 1201 and 1207.
Wood overall.
