Swept up loose debris on floor: bits of charcoal, scraps of pottery, pottery decay, wood decay, cloth decay and small scraps of gold sheet: and a malachite inlay. Also five scraps mud-sealings. Wheeler.
No. 1399: Swept up decayed substance on top of coffin lid; the east half. Granules shift like decayed wood. Ca. ten scraps of gold and some bits of copper. Dunham.
No. 1431: area east of 1430. See A4428 (in red).

No. 1407: copper sheath, bottom of long beam, corner frame: L 252.4, W 7.2 cm. See pages 1488-9 and A4440. Lay bottom up with wood and gold case detached below it.

Made of three pieces joined at 22.1-22.6 and at 142.9-143.5. Seven nails at first joint and five at second; Nails along both flanges as 1374 and occasional nails in bottom.
1) large staple, side (b) at 8.0 cm indicated by dent in flange.
2) large staple, side (c) at 13.5-15.3 indicated by plaster on bottom.
