Over the area under 1058, 1038 - 42 but over the alabaster bowl 1044, lies a layer of fibrous wood, over the southwest corner of this and under 1081, 1082 lies a sort of "gray muck". See A4236 and B6060.

No. 1070: (g) picked up fragments of wood of 1070 over the area just mentioned, lying on top of the layer.

No. 1086:
(a) marked on A4236, removed the layer of wood and muck mentioned above.
(b) ditto.
