greater part was face down but S end was twisted over.

The wood of core beyond end of 552a became visible but it lies outside 552b which has slipped down to north. This wood lies over the wood running east-west, which in turn lies over the alabaster bowls.
Took further measurements and added details to plan on page 492.

Removed the dec. gold bar No. 559. Inside is resin (?) thin layer on east and mere stain on west.
