(b) (iv) removed rest of north-south wood and exposed east-west wood underneath (badly decayed).

Wheeler finished no. 1351 south end; scale 1:5, page 1594. Wheeler and I also removed the following:
No. 1482: resumed. See B6102
(b)(v) removed floor layer of east-west wood. Underneath along the south end of the coffin, and apparently running under the coffin, is a big splash of white plaster. Swept up underlying dust.
No. 1474: resumed.
(x) floor dust; removed in 40 cm sections, lettered (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) from south. The surface was dirty with wood decay and dust; and in (e) this dirty layer was deep. In (c) was a scrap of gold sheet; and in (e) was a fragment 6.2 x 2.8 cm; in (d) were two scraps.
