No. 1262: Red ware shoulder jar as 1203, H 7.4, D 7.4.

No. 1263: Group of potsherds (1)-(16)
No. (5), (13)-(15) are parts of a big basin of coarse red ware, heavily loaded with sand (see 1253 and 1266).
The rest are decayed fragments of red ware as 1201 and 1207.

No. 1264: Red ware squat jar as 1207, H 12, D 15.5.

No. 1265: Red ware shoulder jar as 1203, H 7.7, D 7.2.

No. 1266: Group of big potsherds from a great basin of coarse red ware. These are partly inside up and partly outside up, and the pile is heaped with sand (perhaps from 1299) which has trickled down onto lower layers and as far as floor.

(17) scattered scraps of potsherds under (1)-(16) all of types 1201 and 1207.
Swept up under (17) sand, fragment limestone, scraps of pottery, fragments string, fragments "gray muck", bits of yellow plaster, but mostly SAND.

No. 1266: resumed
(2)-(7) large fragments of big coarse red ware basin.
Sand on all and sand under them (LUSAS: "quartz sand")

No. 1200: (v, t) See page 990 and A4162.
Swept up gray muck, underneath, traces of east-west wood everywhere on rock, bits of yellow plaster mark the edges of box 3 and further in the southwest corner of box 4. Also scraps (13)-(23)
