G 2347a E [= G 5564 C]: In shaft. Down 2.15 meters. We worked very slowly in this shaft, because the objects we found in the debris. Black debris mixed with silt deposited by rain and broken mud brick. We found in shaft debris: legs and fragments of small gypsum statuettes painted with red; one pot not complete; some small wooden fragments. Not reached the rock in shaft.

(2) G 2357
East of this mastaba, and south of G 2347a. Searching for shafts. Limestone debris, dubsh, black debris and underneath sand. Exposed the road which is built with dubsh and running from north to south, which is round the Khufu pyramid on west.

G 2357 S [= G 5561 S]: Removed the body from the chamber. Drawing.
