G 4516 C: Removed the chamber blocking. Stone and mud bound. In chamber, limestone debris and red sand. A coffin cut in rock appears in chamber. From north to south. [Its] lid on north not complete. East of the coffin is skeleton. Inside the coffin we saw from the broken piece of the lid; some faience cylinder ball and small ring beads. Skeleton and coffin lid left for photo.
G 4516 D: Removed the blocking roof of the chamber. Dubsh and mud, binding, and underneath sand. Body, head on north. Body left for photo.

In the mastaba. On north. Sand, dubsh, limestone debris, potsherds and black debris. Search for shafts Annex. East of the shaft which we found before.
ANNEX: In shaft. Down 5.9 meters. Limestone debris, dubsh, potsherds and black debris. Found in shaft debris: a limestone reserve head [35-8-26]. The Mudir ordered us to bring the head after photographing it. Not reached the rock in shaft. Drawing of the shaft and the head with measurements.

ANNEX: In shaft. Limestone debris, dubsh, potsherds and black debris. Chamber on south cut in rock. No blocking empty. Found in shaft debris: five small pots same as cups, some are not complete; two offering ink pots; one offering dish; potsherds; round limestone playing; fragments of limestone from pot; fragments wood. The debris in the chamber left for photo.
