On the top of the mastaba on south; east of the serdab in which we found the statue and the statuettes, limestone debris, dubsh, sand and black debris. Shafts not yet exposed.

(1) G 2420
G 2420 D: Removed the stone which remains from the roof of the coffin. Clean the body [36-5-55], and left it for photo.

G 2420 F: Removed the chamber blocking. Stones (we break) and mud bound. Found in shaft debris: sandstone fragment with green copper [36-5-48]. Body [36-5-63] in the chamber left for photo.

G 2420 G: Removed the chamber roof which is in the shaft. Dubsh, small stones and mud bound. Body, head on north. The chamber was very small and they cut a cut in rock for the legs of the body on south. Body [36-5-56], left for photo.

G 2420 I: In shaft. It is north of C and northeast of H. Lined with dubsh. Total depth 1.45 meters, limestone debris, dubsh and potsherds. Chamber on east lined and blocked with dubsh and bound. Blocking left for photo.

G 2420 S: Removed the chamber blocking. Two stones form the blocking (we break) and inside the chamber sand and black debris. Found in chamber debris: complete pot (pottery) [36-5-51], sandstone fragment with green copper [36-5-50], five model cups (pottery), four very small model dishes (pottery) [pottery model vessels 36-5-52, 36-5-53, 36-5-54]. The coffin lid and the dishes left for photo.

G 2420 Y: In shaft. It is in the street, east of this mastaba, west of G 2415 and north of X. Lined with dubsh on three sides north, south, and west. On east lined with stones of mastaba G 2415. Total depth 1.50 meters, limestone debris, black debris and sand. Chamber on north lined with dubsh on west, with stones on north and with stones on east. Roofed with stones. Blocked with two stones and some dubsh and bound with mud. Blocking left for photo.

G 2420 Z: In shaft, small shaft. West of chamber of shaft Y, south of G 2421 and east of U. Lined with dubsh. Total depth 1.27 meters, limestone debris, dubsh and black debris. Chamber on west lined with dubsh on three sides east, west, and south. On north lined with stones. Roofed with small stones and dubsh. Blocked with dubsh and bound with mud. Blocking left for photo.

G 2420 U: In shaft and chamber. It is west of Z, east of V and north of this mastaba, in the southwest corner of G 2421: lined with small stones. Total depth 1.90m, limestone debris, black debris and pot sherds. Chamber on north, west of the lining of mastaba G 2421 lined and roofed with stones. No blocking. Body, head on north, left for photo.

G 2420 V: In shaft and chamber. It is north of this mastaba near the northwest corner and west of U. Lined with small stones. Total depth 1.63 meters, limestone debris and black debris. Chamber on west, running to north. Lined and roofed with stones. No blocking. Found in shaft debris: sandstone fragment with green copper [36-5-49]. Chamber not yet cleared.

On the top of the mastaba, on south. Search for the heads and the fragments from the statuettes we found before, limestone debris, dubsh, stones, sand and black debris and underneath rail debris, limestone debris, dubsh and sand. We found nothing today.
