We stopped the work at 11 a.m. Because of the WAKFA OF THE EID.
MAHMOUD SAID AHMED left for Quft to meet Prof. Edgell and Mr. and Mrs. Lindon Smith, in their visit to Quft.

G 2053 B: Removed the chamber blocking. On stone, small rubble and mud bound. In chamber sand. Body, head on west. Left for photo.

G 2052 A: Removed the chamber blocking. Two stones, rubble, limestone debris and mud bound. Body head on north and underneath his head a stone used as a head rest. Left for photo.
(3) G 2054
On the top of the mastaba in exposing the lining and the shafts. Sand, limestone debris, dubsh and stones. The mastaba is a crude brick mastaba and shafts not yet exposed. This mastaba is north of G 2051 and west of G 2053. On the east side of the mastaba appears two crude brick niches.
