East of this mastaba, north of G 2418 in order to excavate and clear that place, limestone debris, dubsh and sand. No mastabas exposed in that place.

(3) G 2423
On the top of the mastaba. In exposing the shafts, limestone debris, dubsh and sand. Found in debris: cylinder beads, five pendant beads and one incomplete, black and blue ring beads. Exposed no shafts in that mastaba.

G 2417 A: Removed the body from the chamber, the body which was wrapped with decayed cloth and wooden headrest. Cleared. Drawing.

G 2418 U: In shaft and chamber. Mud brick below. Total depth 2.85 meters, limestone debris, dubsh and stones. Chamber on south lined with mud brick. Roofed with stones. No blocking. Found in chamber debris: head of a statuette (the head of the woman we found yesterday), skull and bones. Cleared. Drawing.
