(3) G 6037
[ILLUSTRATION] G 6037 had a rubble core cased with small stepped gray courses. But the casing has been carried away in the upper part of south side. The mastaba floor is level with the front floor of G 6036 but rests on bad rock. Against the smooth end casing were two pits x and y.
G 6037 X: Lined with small dressed stones. North wall is casing of G 6037. unfinished, no chamber. Depth on north 1.15 meters. Depth on south 2 meters. Filled with drift sand.
G 6037 Y: Lined with mud plastered rubble except on north where it rests against casing of G 6037. Deeper on east, depth of east 1.5 meters, depth of west 1.15 meter.

(4) Causeway (of G 6040 ?) south of G 6036 and G 6037
From the lower level of rock south of G 6037, a causeway rises over the fissure to the level of the floor of G 6040.

This causeway is of rubble and has a rubble parapet on the north (perhaps also on south). Just south of it, is a second rubble causeway or enclosing wall. There is a space between this second wall and G 6041.
