(3) G 7060
In the morning finished clearing the offering chamber of the mastaba. In the southern end thieves (modern) have broken a great hole in the massive pavement and dug under the west wall.

(4) G 7070
Had a gang cutting into northern end of G 7070 hunting for "Pit A". There appears to be none but the cut is not finished.
The mastabas G 7070 and G 7060 are filled sloping course mastabas but have no backing to the retaining wall.

(5) G 7000 SW (southwest)
The greater part of the gang was engaged in tracing the outlines of the rectangular rubble structure mentioned yesterday.
