(1) Avenue G 0
Clearing embankment of Line II to north of G 7102; also working to east of that tomb.
Clearing pit of G 7102 G (See No. 7).
A series of new pits has been found to south and west of mastaba G 7214, see No. 8 below.

(2) Street G 7300 and G 7310-7320
Street G 7300: front of G 7310 and G 7320.
Working in street, in same place as on the 12th January. There is nothing special to report yet.
In pit G 7320 X the men are down to a depth of 800 cm. The chamber has not yet been found.
The end of the drain in this street has been found; it turns round to the east into Avenue G 2, see No. 4 below.

(3) Street G 7400
Street G 7400: front of G 7430. The men are working here, as on the 12th January, and have reached as far north as 11 meters from south of G 7510.
Some of them are now working in street opposite southeast angle of G 7420. There is nothing special to report.

(4) Avenue G 2
Avenue G 2: south of G 7420.
Men working here, as on the 12th January, that is to the south of G 7420 and inside the Ptolemaic structure; the north face of G 7430 being nearly cleared.
The drain running south from street G 7300 has been found to turn east into Avenue G 2 for a little distance. The drain is covered over with small slabs of stone.
The east of the large south crude brick wall of G 7331 [number G 7331 later reassigned to tomb G 7331+7332, in street G 7300, abutting E face of G 7330; this G 7331 = unnumbered structure at SE corner of G 7320] is now cleared, and between it and the mastaba G 7420 is a small door.
