G 7410 B: Still clearing pit. At the bottom of pit, and on north side, there appeared a rectangular recess cut in the side; this doubtless was to facilitate the entry of the sarcophagus into the burial chamber.

No objects have come from the pit.

(10) G 7420
G 7420 B: Still clearing pit.

(11) G 7111
G 7111 B: Pit B being cleared, and the debris placed in G 7111 A which has been planned.
Pits G 7111 C, D, and E were not worked on today.
When B is cleared and planned, the debris from C will be placed in it, and so on with D and E.

(12) G 7102
Pit G 7102 A: Was finished today, i.e. under chamber cleared. There were no objects.
Pit G 7102 C: Is now being cleared.
Pit G 7102 D: Was finished; no objects being found.
Pit G 7102 E: Finished. There is a small chamber at the south. No objects.

(13) G 7214
This mastaba remains as yesterday, no further work being done on it.
G 7214 B: Has small chamber to the south. Cleared, no objects.
G 7214 C: Pit being cleared.
G 7214 D: Pit and chamber cleared; the latter being at south.
There is a deep trench between these pits and the mastaba G 7210 made when the original casing blocks were torn out.
