Telegraphed Dr. Reisner re: the trouble at Bersheh.
Clearing pit of mastaba 2091 [= G 3091] of dark rubble debris.
Clearing sand from street between mastabas 2091 [= G 3091]and 3000.
Clearing pits to A, B, C, D, E of mastaba 3000 of sand and limestone chips. Pits C, D, E finished.
Finished clearing street between mastabas 3000 and 3010. In sand fragments of pottery plate, nearly complete, and four small fragments of another plate; also a large number of small ceremonial jars and saucers.
Clearing pit and serdab of 3010 of sand and limestone chips. Serdab, nothing.
Clearing sand and hard-packed debris from street between 3010 and 3020. In sand a small fragment of inscribed limestone stela.
Finished clearing pit and serdab of 3011 of sand and limestone chips. The serdab was sealed with two large blocks of limestone, but nothing was found in the debris.
Clearing sand and hard-packed pottery and limestone debris from west side of 3020 and from S.E. corner of 3030.
