Two months from Boston.
Finished cleaning Pits B and C of mastaba 3012 of limestone debris. In Pit C a clam shell.
Clearing Pit D of mastaba 3012 (or pit A of mastaba 3013) of sand and dark debris.
Clearing Pit E of mastaba 3001 of sand and limestone debris.
Clearing pits C and D of mastaba 3021 of sand and limestone debris.
Finished clearing sand from street between mastabas 3021 and 3031.
Clearing sand from north end of mastaba 3021.
Clearing pit between mastabas 3001 and 3012. In debris a broken limestone ceremonial blood basin, a few ceremonial pottery jars and saucers and a few potsherds.
Clearing Pits A, B, C of mastaba 3031 of limestone debris.
Machine gun practice behind the cliffs the past two or three days.
Track being shifted further to the north.
