- Note read “hair black preserved: thin fine hair in space below neck, in wad of linen under head a piece so: [sketch] irregular mold? or paint? little irregular flake of limestone [sketch] under shoulder [sketch] Cloth seems to have decayed from over leg and foot leaving shrivelled flesh and skin. Upper leg plentifully curved [?].”
