- Notes read “Ink inscription here on alabaster vase [38-4-32]. Wadded cloth in several layers as though thrown over body and displaced. The body is wrapped in linen, the head and limbs apparently wrapped separately and a cloth thrown over all. Bits of wood and plaster fallen from lid and sides of coffin over body and a few plaster bits inside alabaster jar which shows trace [?] of ingredients once within. Arms placed between legs. Body on left side, face east. Skin preserved under wrappings.”
