- Notes
- Excavated by the Harvard-Museum of Fine Arts, Boston Expediton in Giza, 1912. Received from the Egyptian Government by the MFA in the allotment of finds (MFAB_13.3431). Deaccessioned by the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston; acquired by the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, on April 8, 1964.
- Remarks
- Due to some confusion in the object register, HUMFA_12-12-195 (MFAB_13.3431) was thought to consist of two nearly identical model jars, only one of which was accessioned by the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and then deaccessioned to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, as MMA_64.66.4. However, it appears that the other jar in question is actually HUMFA_12-12-194 (MFAB_13.3430), which is still in the MFA's collection.
