- Remarks
- G 1206 was first excavated in 1904-1905 season; at that time, G 1260 B burial was photographed (see B11829_OS, skeleton, and C12578_OS, decayed wood coffin); in 1935, G 1206 B was reopened and only contents noted for burial chamber were whetstone (registered as 35-2-5) and small fragments of wood coffin (registered as 35-2-4) (see diary Vol.27.p.013, particularly February 8, 1935); it is not likely that burial in G 1206 B remained in situ and bones registered here are those photographed in 1905; bones sent to Dr. Derry in box 46

- Problems/Questions
- Problem: provenance: identification as G 1206 B in question (chamber in shaft B excavated February 8, 1935, see diary Vol.27.p.013, skeleton 35-2-3 registered February 6, 1935, when excavation of G 1206 B shaft first started); only burials excavated in 1935 for G 1206 were in shaft E (registered as 35-5-31, burial exposed May 3 and removed May 22, see diary Vol.27.p.045 and Vol.27.p.055) and in shaft A (scattered bones found February 6 and presumably removed same day, see diary Vol.27.p.012); no registration record for bones from shaft A, it is possible 35-2-3 is skeleton from shaft A
