Block of white limestone relief (low raised relief); [four vertical columns of] hieroglyphs [give titles, including cartouche of Isesi with name of his pyramid, and titles, probably inscribed for Mehu (name not preserved) identified as [sAb r nxn smsw (hAjt) ...nfr-jssj Hrj-sStA] judge and mouth of Nekhen, elder of (the court), ...of the pyramid of Isesi, secretary, part of horizontal row of hieroglyphs at top edge of block above columns of text]; color [(traces of red, black, and blue)] partly preserved on plaster.
