Limestone false door of Senwehem; crossbar (= lintel), two jambs, drum lintel, and central niche, all inscribed, serdab slit under drum lintel; no genealogical epithets accompany figures depicted on false door, however, drum lintel inscription indicates some (if not all) persons depicted are "children of my body, truly", some names appear associated with two different figures, (central niche) Weser, Nefer, Qaihi, Nefertjentet, Neferkhuu, Neferkhuu-nedjes, Neferirethathor, (south jamb) Senwehem (owner), Demedj, Tjenti, Nefer, Ptahshepses, Tjenti, Tjentet, Senwehem (owner), (north jamb) Senwehem (owner), Kai-iu, Senwehem (not owner), Mentjebutkhufu, Tjentet, Niwikhufu, Kaihap, Weser, Ptahshepses, Neferiuhathor, Hep; broken in two pieces.
