- This object was excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition, but was not recorded in any object register book; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
- Remarks
- Object incorrectly labeled 25-5-79. Originally attributed to G 7102 (based on notation on fragments), however, Simpson (GM 2, p. 13) suggests proposed destroyed chapel of Nakhti (brother of Qar, buried in G 7101 B), possibly located W of upper stairs of Qar complex and N of G 7101 B, as place of origin.
