G 1206 was first excavated in 1904-1905 season; at that time, G 1260 B burial was photographed (see B11829_OS, skeleton, and C12578_OS, decayed wood coffin); in 1935, G 1206 B was reopened and only contents noted for burial chamber were whetstone (registered as 35-2-5) and small fragments of wood coffin (registered as 35-2-4) (see diary Vol.27.p.013); it is not likely that skeleton shown here was still in situ and registered as 35-2-3.
