Central of three large shafts located in the leveled area north of Lepsius 20-21 and south of ABC 86 in the central sector of the Abu Bakr Cemetery.

    Archaeological evidence suggests that Lepsius 20-21 is later in date than shaft ABC 32 (and thus, presumably, also the other two nearby shafts, ABC 46 and 47). As Lepsius 19, Mastaba X, and Lepsius 20-21 were probably roughly contemporaneous, this means these shafts antedate the "Persen Complex."
